Year Leap
Do you work 29th February without pay in a Leap Year?
You get the same pay in non-leap years (365 days) as in a leap-year (366 days). This is for those of us on an annual salary.
If we work what is classed as the full year (365 days 6 hours 32 minutes and 26 seconds) then Feb 29th is covered by the extra 6 hours 32 minutes and 26 seconds we use in the other 4 years.
(although it does out as 26 hours 9 minutes 44 seconds)
so one days pay is slightly shorter but not by much.
10p per hour at most! ($0.20)
