Who Loved
For those of you who loved the game Carmageddon, is there a Wii game that is similar?
I like racing games and all, but Carmageddon was the best racing game ever in my opinion. I could elect (and always did) to crash into and destroy my opponents rather than beat them to the finish line.
Is there a game for the Wii that allows me to mindlessly slam my car into everyone and everything in order to demolish them?

I think your closest bet is probably the Burnout series for GameCube. I also liked Carmageddon but unfortunately there's not much that compares to the sheer recklessness and bloodshed of Carmageddon besides game series for other platforms like GTA, Twisted Metal and Demolition Derby.
