Voice Night
If you don't get a good night's sleep and don't exercise, will your voice sound exhausted?
I don't often get a good nights sleep and occasionally get at least 40 minutes of exercise every so often (once maybe twice a week). I usually feel tired and I was wondering if your voice would be affected by this bad regimen. Also, what is a good amount of sleep for a 19 year old. I want to start going to sleep at 9:30 pm and wake up at 7:00 am. Is this good?
At your age you should still get 8 hours of sleep. Over sleeping is no good for you, it caused lethargy and also makes you more sleepy. Don't sleep your life away. Sometimes I get a rough sounding voice from not sleeping but not always. Yes, your voice can get affected if you don't get enough sleep, but remember that too much sleep isn't healthy either.
