What certain foods/food groups should you focus on eating if you are in a band?
I was told that if you are in a band you should watch what you eat if you don't want to pass out on stage. What certain foods/food groups should you focus on eating if you are in a band?
lots of water, keep it on hand to sip troughout the day.
fruits with vitamin C like oranges or apples to refresh you.
eat salads and if you can stay away from groggy foods like fats or heavy meats .
Instead do the brain food protien like tuna or even a energy bar for snack.
granola bars also is a good upper.
