You do not know life. It's my dirty mind up.?

Having to deal with depression and anxiety is pretty bad nose, but I am now sure of who or what I am made. Firstly, I do not believe in God or religion. I began to read works Buddhism after enjoying the writings of the author Pema Chodron, however, Buddhists believe that we are reincarnated in another life. This teaching a lot to me because I can not begin to wonder if I'm really me. I doubt that my mind and thoughts, I feel insecure because I could lead a future life than someone else. I want the safety of my own life. I find it difficult to understand.

Mongo only pawn in game of life. Seriously, since you say you are depressed I hope you see a counselor. He / she must be able help. Then you say you're not sure who or what you really are and if you're really you. We do not know if you speak metaphorically or if you really do not know who you are. Back to see a counselor if you're not really sure. I'm sure you're who you think you are and not someone else. But it would not matter because someone else would in fact you:) If you speak Search a religious meaning in your life, I would say that if you just treat others as you would like to be treated you everything you need. Remember to be happy in the time available on Earth and try not to worry too much about something that nobody knows whether it exists or not. I am sure if you are as good a person you can be you will not be punished for it in the afterlife. So my advice is to find something you love to do so you will not be analyzing yourself so much and not lose the time you are assigned here worry about what may come next.
