Does anyone know some egg substitutes I can use to make a monte cristo sandwich?

I'm allergic to eggs and lately I've been hearing people tell me how good monte cristo sandwiches and I decided to look it up and all the recipes contain eggs can someone please give me a list of egg substitutes i can use for my sandwiches plz???
im alergic to them completely like no whites or yolks

The bread is made into a french toast kinda thing, from my understanding.
So all you basically need is something to batter it with and you're done! Ener-g Egg Replacer is awesome for this, you mix the powder with some water and it makes a brilliant batter, I used it to batter some aubergine the other day.
Other brilliant things to use are a blend of milk and chickpea flour, semolina and tapioca flour, or a brilliant one, blended silken tofu. Silken tofu is this white wibbly stuff you get in packs from health food shops, and if you blend it up it behaves like an egg, it even makes a good omelette!

All these things create an anti-newtonian liquid, something with the consistency of egg, but some have slight flavours. In my experience, blended tofu tastes a little like yoghurt, which isnt that bad a taste, but Ener-G egg replacer can sometimes be a bit bitter? Try them all! =]
