Lose Weight
lose weight?
I'm 14, currently a student, the ARD weight 81kg/170 + books, I want to lose weight ever, dunnid to be fast, because of my studies, it is not really no chance to practice, wat other ways can I do to lose weight?
ok heres what I propose, I had the same problem, I am 16 and I got up to 190 lbs and now 160 IM, I love her more oloose 10 but in general I am happy. First drink water all the time. like 4 or 5 nalgiene (very large) full water bottles. Do not Drink and try to PRESERVITAVES cut ALL of these retain the fat and make you hungry. And if you maintain the weight You Can either have a glass of juice soda a week or a piece of cake or somthing that Wat you do feel deprived at all. Then you said You Really have time to drive, ok, but thats fine that your school park goes as far as possible from the door and walking speed everywhere, it will be a way to put a little exercise eventhough you really time. Or you can do somthing lik ebuy DDR (www.ddrgame.com) and one or two runs per day (like 10-15 minutes). Another What helped me a lot was walking around naked every chance I got. I know it sounds weird, but it helped me be more comfortable with my body and realize that if i diddnt like it wasn't going to change somthing like magic I had to work to make a difference and every little difference was significant. And the last piece advice I have for you is When You wake up one morning all eyes in the mirror and say out loud something you like in your body or your personality. Having confidence helps you really stick to what u have to Believe me befor I started doing everything that I am depressed and lose the drive to do somthing about how I was. It diddnt overnight either, it took nearly five months, but it is a way safe and healthy to lose weight fast and I hope this helps you Kailley
