I agree! When it comes to grammar, most people write as they speak (although I'm sure there are exceptions). If anyone speaks badly, and no one corrects it, then it will assume that his speech is correct, or at least understandable, oral and grammar are reflected in its written grammar. If someone is raised in an environment where the language is bad, then that person shall, without proper training otherwise, tend to speak similarly.
