If I get homesick while driving off-road truck, then this job is not for me?
I thought it was okay to be nostalgic when I'm on the road for 28 days. I also did not drive the night shift for 10 hours a day.
My father is a truck driver. He owns his own company and was driving a truck for 20 years. He told me that it is the nostalgia of the first when he started driving. He has always gone 20 days to 40 days at a time now and he misses the house all the time. Cheating on the log and just waiting to make an illegal driving 16 hours, lol.
