Sound Therapy
Could someone give me music suggestions for something with sounds that are good for music therapy?
I musically seem to respond to electronic music more thats very euphoric sounding and encapsulating in the sound or post metal or shoegaze with electronics added to it...... I will listen to anything though i just have a huge tough time feeling better from being depressed and certain sounds seem to effect me yet i cant find the right song T_T
This one works for me. Something to listen to when in the AH-64 raining down hell on some insurgents ha ha.
