NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) - Psychosis?
A friend of mine has a problem of diagnosis of psychosis, for which he takes medication prescribed by his doctor. Recently a "friend" of his apparently persuaded to try NLP, but this is a bit more worrisome is he said he did not want to be dependent on medication and it must be clear of them if it will work ... So my friend is usual self-confidence, decided to stop taking his medication and make every effort to NLP. This friend of his also seems to create its own business when some sort of NLP therapist. Now, my personal feelings about this situation, I would like to ask all of the following: 1. NLP is really all effective to treat psychosis? 2. Is this a good idea to stop taking prescribed medications during treatment NLP?
Advise your friends to tell his doctor he is to stop taking this medication, and rightly so.
