N warhammer I won't a very big necron army and I need help to make an army?
And so far I have came up with this.3lords. 1 on destroyer 1 on foot and 1 on warith nightbringer decver 10 immortals 20 flayed ones 10 parihs 80 warriors 6 destroyers 20 scarbs 6 wariths 4 heavy setroyers 3 tomb spiders 2 monoliths 1 doomsday monolith and a pylon

Be aware that, with 5 HQ choices, you can't use all of them in one battle, unless it's an Apocalypse battle - otherwise, you're limited to 2. The Doomsday Monolith and Pylon, of course, are similarly restricted to Apoc games or games with friendly opponents who agree to let you use non-Codex units.
There is also no miniature for the Wraith Lord (not to be confused with a Wraithlord!), so you'll need to convert it or pay someone else to do so. Here's a good example, using the Destroyer Lord torso:

Other than that, the balance of units is pretty good. I'd be inclined to suggest that you should switch the Immortals and Flayed Ones, to have 20 of the former and 10 of the latter. Pariahs aren't really worth the money or the effort, although you might like to have a unit just for completeness. If you really want the pylon for that Forge World resin goodness, then be my guest. You might find that a third monolith for big, non-Apoc games is more useful, although I suppose the Doomsday Monolith (another model you will have to convert or pay someone else to build for you) can stand in as just an elaborate standard monolith when the need arises.
