I have been suffering from depression/panic and fear attacks for a long time now and i am always dizzy . Recently i picked up a meditative CD from a store called 'Tunning in to your soul' By Cheryl Richardson. I have been using it daily on me Stereo player and her method of meditation calms me down and makes me feel better.
Why dont you get it from your local library and give it a try ?

There is also a company called Meditainment (I am not connected to them in any way) that do some lovely guided meditation and relaxation cd's. They are really good to calm down to....much better and healthier than diazepam as suggested above! They often have free samples on their site.
