How would you feel about browsing the internet by just thinking about it?
Apparently it is indeed a possibility. Computer scientists and nano-engineers have developed a chip to be installed in the brain that can allow it to give commands via brainwave. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJJPbpHoPWo A paralyzed patient neck down has been testing this and can now do everything on a computer by just simple thought. Also many believe that if this goes well there will be new nanotechnology in development that will allow people to browse the internet through specially made eye contacts.
In layman's terms imagine walking down a mall while surfing the web without any passersby noticing. The only setback is getting the brain chip which some people might be against even though it is 100% safe as there is no real tampering done with the brain. What do you think about this? Would you still be using a desktop while many people are using this new technology?
i'm not down with microchipping my brain. thats how it all starts. if you're disabled fine. I don't want to have to kep up with this. i don't even want a cell phone, now i have to miss out on jobs because i don't have the chip and then you're going to be squeezed out of society. lets all just stop right here. lets not get into some situation where we all have to start oiling ourselves up and doing push ups all day while the lady gets daily plastic surgery just to be normal.
you look cool with your lap top now but by then it'll be like walking around with a 1980's cell phone breifcase. take that to your job interview. be like excuse me i'm important and i have a call from 1982. menudos back together
