Beach House
Where in the world should I buy a beach house?
I have the money (or almost) to buy a house on the beach almost everywhere in the world. I thought of New Zealand because it is unspoiled and beautiful and there is also skiing, but a friend told me Bali is very well (I was not there). I want somewhere with a mixture of action, if I want, but quiet enough to have a sense of community. Suggestions serious please.
Depends on how you use it. Are you planing on retirement and moving to it? Is this like taking a 2 / 3 months a trip this year? Is it mainly to lend to friends and customers for the show? We never wanted to Because You are a sort of glued to him. A large number of bills to pay and maintenance to do, but you will not really enjoy that much (unless You Can work off of him or who are retired). I heard many people say it is "beach houses" or "boat" gave them two moments of happiness when they bought and when they sold. IMO, the best thing to do is go to a resort or rent a place When You and want to save or invest Your Money. You'll have the chance to choose a different location each time and have no worries. Finally, if you're still set to buy one, make sure it is a place Where You will be able to go often, preferably in an area no more than 4 hours drive so you can actually use the weekends. To have one and use it once a year is just stupid.
